Starting weight: 247lbs
Ending weight: 242lbs

April 1: 1533
April 2: 2030

Total: 11018 


13748-11018= 2730 calories lost from cutting. So for the 5lbs to have been lost I needed to burn...

3500*5= 17500-2730= 14770



So I burned 14770 calories by just going to work. But my work does involve me running around all day, lifting boxes, and the doing carts two of the six days I did work. I was also sick this week and ate some comfort food so I think I did pretty well. I've already started this week off poorly! Yay!(Mmmm Teen Burger)
I just want to add how much of a waste Wii fit is. I was talking to someone at work about it and it just seems like such a waste. I'm pretty sure you won't be building much(or any) muscle while playing these little games and it seems like more of a good idea in theory than something of actual use. I bought DDR a month ago or so and barely even played it. These things are just a waste.

  1. I hear you can burn more calories playing DDR than jogging...but you probably have to be REALLY good at the game. Like those punks who go to the arcades just to show off...
